The Center for Child Protection’s Guardian Angels Society

For more than 30 years, the Center for Child Protection has provided vital services to children in Travis County who have been affected by sexual or physical abuse or witnessed a violent crime. Several of our BCM team members support the Center for Child Protection as “Guardian Angels,” pledging a minimum of $1,000 each year. In 2023, Victor Beck, our VP of investment research, took a turn in the spotlight as a celebrity dancer in the center’s “Dancing With the Stars Austin” gala.

RBI Austin

This nonprofit develops inner-city Austin youth athletically, academically, and spiritually, empowering them to become the next generation of community game-changers. Serving a record number of 1,670 Austin-area kids in 2024, RBI Austin leverages baseball and softball to connect children to positive and consistent mentor relationships. BCM investment advisor Justin Simmons is a founding member and serves on the organization’s board of directors.

The Combat Control Foundation

Dedicated to members of the United States military’s special operations community, the Combat Control Foundation provides care and support to Air Force Combat Controllers, their families, and others. The foundation’s mission is built on the four pillars of its First There programs: Resilience, Wellness, Education, and Heritage. BCM was a title sponsor of its 2025 Austin gala, themed “Top Secret: A Night of Covert Cuisine and Intrigue,” and we’re proud to continue our support of the foundation’s mission.
